God expects every believer to experience and walk in the impossible. It is His Presence upon us that makes the impossible possible. He wants us to complete every assignment within the Great Commission for His name and His glory. This happens as we yield our hearts to who He is.
The whole earth is filled with the goodness of the Lord. When assurance of God’s goodness is the cornerstone of our theology, it defines everything else and shapes who we are and how we do life. Seeing His goodness changes our countenance.
The primary quest in my life is to learn how to host the Presence of God. There is no greater privilege than being host to God Himself. Neither is there a greater responsibility. He is looking for people who will host His Presence without using it for personal gain, and will give us the measure that we will jealously guard.
One of the most important subjects in my life is the renewed mind. Jesus never de-emphasized the mind. He intended for the renewed mind to have tremendous influence, so much so that we have been given the mind of Christ! However, what we have in our possession and what we operate out of are two different things.
I don’t know that there has ever been a time when courage and faith were more needed. Not because of the darkness, but because of the realm of God’s promises that lingers over the Church, waiting for someone to see it, believe it, and say yes to what could be.
Jesus Christ is perfect theology. He is the most complete and accurate revelation of the Father ever seen in this world, and He declared Himself: “If you have seen Me, you have seen the Father” (John 14:9). In the life of Jesus, we clearly see God’s will to heal and to destroy the works of darkness.
